Who We Are.... (by Founder, James Patrick)

The Nantucket Short Play Competition and Festival is a loosely organized group of Nantucket residents bound by a common love of original theatre. The group has three main missions: to read and evaluate the plays each winter; to produce a series of winter/spring shows; and to produce a series of summer/fall shows. Some members have been with us since the beginning. Other dedicated members have trickled in over time, with an ebb and flow of new faces each year. New members are always welcome to join.
